Hello dear student/ visitor,

We are a family of three with one daughter in college. With a new and 3080 sq ft. house, we'd be incredibly happy to welcome and host an international student.

About the home:
GREAT LOCATION (77081)!!! We are located in the prime location just outside of the 610 loop in the heart of Houston. We are 2 miles from Bellaire High School, 0.7 miles from Episcopal High School, 3.9 miles from Rice University, 7.4 miles from the University of Houston, 1 mile from the Galleria shopping center, 5 miles from the Medical Center, and 6.9 miles from Downtown Houston. Very convenient location- close to the highway, Costco, movie theater, grocery stores, and coffee shops. Bus/Metro stop just outside of the house.
Extremely safe, gated community complex. Newly built house. As a homestay, you will be staying in a private, fully-furnished bedroom with a new bed, desk, and sofa. Bedroom is connected to private bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom also comes with walk-in closet, large windows, and plenty of sunlight. High speed wifi is available.

About us:
We are a family of 3. My daughter is currently in college on the pre-medical track. I work in IT at one of the largest hospitals in Houston. My wife works in the oil and gas sector. Our work schedule is flexible to support you. Our hobbies and interests include fishing and playing badminton. We cook very good Chinese food! We are a warm and welcoming household and we would love to support your educational journey by providing a safe and friendly place to stay.

Who we are looking for:
We hope to find a well-mannered student. High school and college students are welcome. Boys and girls are both welcome (prefer girls). We hope to find a student that is quiet and clean and will take good care of their room. No smoking or pets allowed.

About your stay:
You will have the room entirely to yourself. We will share the kitchen, dining room, living room, TV, and washer and dryer. All electricity bills will be included. Breakfast and dinner will be provided.
