Hello, and welcome to Houston. Our home is in Southwest Houston (Zip Code 77071; Key Map 570G). Easy access to The Medical Center, The Galleria, the museum district, and several major universities/colleges- The University of Houston, Rice University, Texas Southern University, Houston Baptist University, and many technical schools. We are within driving distance of Sugarland, Katy, Pearland, and surrounding areas.

We are close to a bus route or you can park your own car in the driveway or on the street in front of our home.

Availability: 1) a large bedroom (over the garage) with its own bathroom and a private entrance from the garage (queen size bed); and 2) a smaller bedroom with a shared bathroom (twin/single bed) in the major part of the house. Free WiFi and access to the kitchen/laundry area for both rooms.

I work full-time in a local high school and my 15 year old son attends the same school. We have several cats and are animal lovers. We are non-smokers and smoking is not allowed in our home.

You will be responsible for maintaining a neat room and helping with light household duties. You are welcome to join us in our leisure activities. We attend a local Methodist church and would love to have you join us.

I require a contract, a deposit, references (if available), and proof of vetting.
